August 5, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC has finished a tender procedure announced in connection with the preparation of a project for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings on an area of 2 hectares to the northeast of the M. Huseynzade Stadium in Sumgait.

ABC.AZ reports that the winner of the tender is Design Institute of the University of Architecture & Construction of Azerbaijan LLC.

The winner will be paid AZN 265,000.
