During dancing at weddings, medical masks can be removed

At weddings, engagements, birthdays with the participation of up to 50 people, it is mandatory to use a medical mask, since there are risks of infection in these places and COVID carriers may be present. This is also due to the fact that events with up to 50 guests do not require a COVID passport.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by police major Elshad Hajiyev, the head of the Department of Mass Media & Public Relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

According to Hajiyev, at weddings, engagements, birthdays with the participation of 50 to 150 people, a medical mask is not required: "Because those who come will necessarily have a COVID passport checked."

The MIA representative noted that during dances at weddings, engagements and birthdays with the participation of up to 50 people, it is not necessary to wear a mask: "The norms of the activities of catering facilities have remained unchanged."
