May 19, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 April 2021 the retail bank deposits in the national currency amounted to AZN 8.147 bn.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that 50.3% of deposits were made in foreign currency and 49.7% in the national currency.

In April, the average exchange rate of the national currency against 1 US dollar was 1.70 manats (1.70 since the beginning of the year), 1 euro – 2.03 (2.05) manats, 100 Turkish liras – 20.80 (22.59) manats, 100 Russian rubles – 2.23 (2.28) manats.
