May 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service has registered Sumgait Technology Park LLC (STP), established jointly with Assan Panel Industry & Trade, owned by Kibar Holding, a large Turkish industrial group.

ABC.AZ reports that the new company is registered on the territory of the technopark at the address: Sumgait city, Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev Settlement. Its authorized capital is AZN 1,000, and its legal representative is Turkish citizen Ihsan Tolga Akar. The company was established on the basis of the STP sandwich panel factory.
