April 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over the last few months teachers accounted for about 4-6% of people infected with the coronavirus daily.

ABC.AZ reports that Education Minister Emin Amrullayev made such a statement on the air of program Hədəf AZTV on 7 April.

He noted that this percentage is not exclusively related to infections in schools.

"Teachers also have families, and intra-family infections are detected. The infection rate of pupils was 6-8%. In some schools, there are very few cases of mass infection among teachers, and these educational institutions have switched to distance learning," the minister said.
