Changes to be made in four state institutions

March 30 Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed relevant orders on the amendments to the charter and structure of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY), Baku Metro CJSC, as well as BakuBus LLC, owned by the Baku Transport Agency.

The orders instruct the Azerbaijani Investment Holding to prepare and submit a draft of the new charter and structure of the above-said state-owned companies to the head of state for approval within two months.
