March 16, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has laid the foundation of the Fizuli-Hadrut highway during his visit to the territories liberated from the occupation.

ABC.AZ reports that this road originates from the Victory Road and will be connected to new highway Hadrut-Jabrayil-Shukyurbeyli. The 13-km long road will consist of 4 lanes. Road bridges will be built along the road.
