Ali Asadov: Over AZN 44 million of insurance compensations paid to families of martyrs

March 16, Fineko/abc.az. Prime Minister Ali Asadov has made a report on the work done for 2020 at today's plenary session of Milli Majlis.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov said that the strengthening of social protection for families of martyrs and war invalids is always under the special control of the head of state.

According to the PM, for this purpose, to strengthen the social protection of these persons, the amount of the presidential pension has been increased.

"More than AZN 44 million of insurance compensations were paid to the families of 2,695 martyrs out of 2,881 ones who fell in the 44-day Patriotic War," Asadov said.
