March 9, Fineko/abc.az. The ombudsman suggested that alimony payments should be made by the state.

ABC.AZ reports that this recommendation is reflected in the report of the Commissioner for Human Rights for 2020.

It was proposed to create a mechanism for the payment of court-appointed alimony by the State for the maintenance of the child, subject to their subsequent compulsory recovery from the debtor.

The Ombudsman Office proposed the establishment of an alimony fund.
