March 2, Fineko/abc.az. Turkey's national air carrier Turkish Airlines ended 2020 with loss of 5.588 bn liras (about $760 million), while the previous year was finished by the airline with profit of 4.536 bn liras (about $620 million).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the report of Turkish Airlines for 2020.

According to the report, last year the national air carrier earned 46.4 bn liras (about $6.3 bn). This is 38.2% less than in 2019. Airline's expenses for the reporting period exceeded 5.906 million liras (about $805 million), including foreign exchange losses and interest payments. And this is 3.4-fold more year-on-year.
