February 4, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has received Vugar Suleymanov in a video format on the occasion of his appointment to the post of the chairman of board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Clearance.

ABC.AZ reports that during the reception the head of state touched upon a range of important points. President Aliyev noted that after the war, unfortunately, accidents occur in the occupation-liberated lands.

"I want to appeal to the citizens of Azerbaijan with a request not to go to the liberated lands without permission, as it is dangerous. Every former internally displaced person wants to return to their homeland, to their native village, but I ask them to wait. Let them wait a little for the completion of the mine clearance work. As this is a great danger for both pedestrians and cars. Unfortunately, after the war and in recent days, accidents occur on the liberated lands. At the same time, the personnel at the checkpoints should organize stricter control in order to put an end to unauthorized access of citizens to the liberated lands."
