January 21, Fineko/abc.az. The total living space transferred for use in Azerbaijan last year decreased compared with 2019.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that 4,957,2 sq m of residential space were transferred for use in the country for 2020 (47.6% less than in 2019).

In December 82,000 sq m of living space were transferred for use, and this figure decreased by 41.7% against November.

The construction of residential buildings in Azerbaijan was invested AZN 1.367 bn last year. This figure grew by 2.9% for 2020.
