January 19, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on special representatives of the president in the territories liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ reports that the Head of state gave instructions to speed up construction, restoration and reconstruction works in the direction of reviving the liberated territories, strengthen the coordinated activities of state bodies (structures) and other organizations in achieving this goal, as well as increase flexibility and efficiency in management.
