December 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Parliamentary Committee on Labor & Social Policy has conducted an online meeting.
ABC.AZ reports that the Committee discussed the issues arising from the presidential orders “On the establishment of Memory Day in Azerbaijan” from 2 December 2020 and “On the establishment of Victory Day in Azerbaijan” from 3 December 2020.
According to the draft, November 8 – the Victory Day is added to the list of holidays provided for in Article 105 of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan, and refers to non-working holidays.
