November 10, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar published a post on his Twitter page in connection with the victory of Azerbaijan.
ABC.AZ reports that Akar noted: "Victory! Victory! Victory! Invading Armenia surrendered in Nagorno Karabakh. Armenia, which has suffered heavy losses in the battles with the Azerbaijani army, will leave Kelbajar, Aghdam, Lachin and eventually the entire Nagorno-Karabakh."
