November 5, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved the law on the amendments to the Code of Urban Planning & Construction of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the changes in the law, a technical report on the results of engineering search works will be submitted to the customer and the relevant executive authority within 10 days from the date of completion of the work by the person conducting these search works.

Also, according to the law, additions were made to the general rules for issuing construction permits. So, in the future, all problems must be reported to the applicant at the same time.
