October 13, Fineko/abc.az. Mikhail Gusman, first deputy director general of Russian news agency TASS, made a donation to the Azerbaijan Armed Forces Assistance Fund.

ABC.AZ reports he transferred $50,000 to the Fund.

The Fund was established by Presidential Decree from 17 August 2002 with the purpose to ensure the development of the Armed Forces at the level of modern requirements, strengthen its material and technical base and finance the necessary social measures.
