September 10, Fineko/abc.az. Activity of Baku-XXI Century LLC, which carried out the construction of the Baku International Bus Terminal and managed this complex for many years, has been suspended.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that the company merged with Top Properties LLC. The latter, in turn, announced about its reorganization as a result of merger with Baku-XXI Century LLC.

According to information distributed by some media, Baku XXI Century LLC belongs to Elton Mammadov, the brother of ex-minister of transport Ziya Mammadov.
