May 14, Fineko/abc.az. This year the production of more than 40 tons of silkworm cocoon is forecasted on Barda district.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with cocoon cultivation, 1,000 boxes of silkworm were distributed to the Barda farmers.

Currently, 250 people continue growing silkworms.
