ABC.AZ reports with reference to newspaper Vergiler that merger was conducted between ASG Service LLC (INN: 1202440791) and Silk Way Business Aviation LLC (part of Silk Way Holding LLC).

So, ASG Service LLC joined Silk Way Business Aviation LLC (INN: 1401135911) and announced its closing.

The creditors of ASG Service LLC can inform about their claims within 2 months at address: Baku, Khazar District, Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Baku Cargo Terminal building.
