Shahmar Movsumov appointed assistant to president

November 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree appointing Shahmar Movsumov, the executive director of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), as the new assistant to the President.
