November 20, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee reports that AZN 4.27 bn were directed for oil & gas sector of Azerbaijan for Jan-Oct 2019.

Over the past 10 months the oil and gas sector produced products for AZN 25.302 bn. In this sector of the industry the production decreased by 0.3% versus the 2018 same term. And value added in the oil & gas sector increased by 0.2%. The mining sector produced 70.3% of industrial output.

In October the prices for industrial products decreased by 3.7% compared to the previous month, including in the mining industry by 4.8%.

Since the beginning of last month 35,000 people have worked in the oil & gas sector of the economy. In the oil & gas sector the nominal salary for Jan-Sept amounted to 3,068 manats.
