August 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has held a regular currency auction.

"Following the currency auction held with participation of the State Oil Fund on 8 August, the weighted average rate was formed at the level of AZN 1.70 to the US dollar," the CBA reported.

At the previous currency auction on 6 August, the weighted average rate also amounted to AZN 1.70 to the dollar.
