Firdovsi Agashirinov says about many complaints about non-payment of insurance compensations

June 24, Fineko/abc.az. There are complaints about the lack of insurance payments, but most of them are unfounded, says Firdovsi Agashirinov, by the head of the FIMSA Insurance Activity Supervision Department.

Agashirinov stated that FIMSA (Financial Market Supervision Authority) received complaints about the lack of insurance compensations.

"The relevant investigation of complaints revealed that, for example, during the traffic accident the driver was drunk or incorrectly expressed his pretensions. And there are a lot of such cases," Agashirinov explains.
