February 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan begins to count the number of new buildings in Baku.

Anar Guliyev, the head of the State Committee on Urban Planning & Architecture, stated that within the framework of execution of the presidential decree on simplifying the procedure of submission of permits for operation of some multi-apartment buildings, the MES should establish the exact number of new buildings within two months.

"Then, the Ministry should carry out an examination of each new building and make a conclusion on their sustainability, technical safety and readiness for operation," Guliyev said.
