October 26, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2026, the State Budget received a total of 754,500 manats from the rental of non-residential premises and land plots in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (a 52.7% rise against Jan-Sept 2025).

In addition, over the past 9 months, the State Service for Property Issues (under the NAR Ministry of Economy) has concluded 150 new lease agreements on state property. Of theme, 94 contracts related to non-residential premises and 56 ones to land plots. The validity period of 185 lease agreements has also been extended.
