October 20, Fineko/abc.az. FINCA Azerbaijan, a non-bank credit institution, has successfully completed the placement of bonds with total value of 2 million manats at the Baku Stock Exchange.

50 investors participated in the auction. All 20,000 bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each were sold. Unicapital Investment acted as the underwriter of the transaction. After the auction was completed, the bonds were included in the BSE standard listing segment.

The maturity of the bonds is 18 months, and the annual yield is 15%. Interests on them will be paid every three months. Thus, the yield on each bond will reach 3.75 manats per quarter and 22.50 manats for the entire circulation period.

The funds raised will be used to diversify sources of financing, as well as to expand lending to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and the agricultural sector.
