October 5, Fineko/abc.az. Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC is preparing to attract 15 million manats of funds from the capital market.

The Bank will issue 150,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary, nominal bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each. The issue is carried out within the basic issue prospectus in the amount of 30 million manats.

The annual yield on the bonds is set at 10%. The securities will have circulation period of 360 days, and interest payments will be made every 90 days.

The Bank plans to use the funds received from the issue mainly to expand its loan portfolio. The document notes that the funds raised will be used to finance the real sector, especially small and medium-sized businesses, increase the diversification of the loan portfolio, as well as increase economic activity and employment in the regions.

The placement of bonds is provided by subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange. The issue underwriter investment company PASHA Capital CJSC. The minimum subscription amount for the bonds is 100 manats, and there are no restrictions on the maximum amount.
