October 5, Fineko/abc.az. Agriculture Minister Majnun Mammadov said at the 100th Anniversary Agricultural Business Festival that a mechanism for interest subsidies on loans has been approved within State Program 2026-2030, and this fall, for the first time, interests on seasonal loans given for annual plants will be paid by the State through the Agrarian Credit & Development Agency (AKIA).

The minister also stressed that projects are being implemented in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur to expand horticulture, water infrastructure, poultry farming and modern irrigation systems.
