September 14, Fineko/abc.az. By September 1, 2026, the number of registered taxpayers in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic reached 56,418.

94.7% of them are individuals and 5.3% - legal entities and other organizations.

Compared with Jan-Aug 2025, the total number of taxpayers grew by 6.7% (number of individuals grew by 6.8% and th number of legal entities by 5.7%).

The quantity of registered commercial organizations also increased up to 1,939 (13.8% more versus Jan-Aug 2025).

Over Jan-Aug 2026, 85.4% of commercial organizations were registered electronically and 14.6% - on paper.
