September 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has established the Department of Financial Literacy & Professional Development, and Ilakha Bakhishova-Takhirli has been appointed the head of this department.

The main tasks of the new department include improving the financial literacy of the population, developing professional standards, as well as organizing training and seminar programs.

"Bakhishova, who joined CBA in 2023, previously worked in various positions in the field of human resources and talent management at Bravo Supermarket and Excelsior Hotel.
