Azerbaijani leader appoints Ilham Ismayilov the mayor of Mingachevir city

December 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of the head of the executive power of the city of Mingachevir.

Under the decree, Ilham Ismayilov has been appointed the mayor of the city.
