August 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan (MCGF) has disclosed its key performance indicators regarding housing finance.

According to the Fund, to date, 4 billion 338 thousand AZN in mortgage loans has been granted to 59,216 borrowers.

Additionally, 9,657 apartments have been provided to citizens under the rent-to-own mechanism.
