Oil price goes down: Brent - $91.86 per barrel

July 27, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are decreasing in Monday’s trading after a significant rise at the end of last week.

As of 09:29, September’s futures for Brent oil at the ICE Futures exchange fell by $4.92 (5.08%) to $91.86 per barrel. At the end of trading on July 24, the contract dropped in price by $3.91 (3.88%) to $96.78 per barrel.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), September’s futures contract for WTI declined by $4.62 (5.17%) to $84.69 per barrel by 09:29. Following the trading on July 24, its price decreased by $2.88 (3.12%) to $89.31 per barrel.

The price of Azeri Light at the global market observed a drop by $6.37 (5.84%) to $102.73 per barrel.

Last week, Brent grew in price by 9.85%, WTI by 9.21%, and Azeri Light by 12.27%.
