July 8, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the Regulations "On the 'Icherisheher' State Historical-Architectural Reserve" and the Law "On Shusha — the Cultural Capital of Azerbaijan."

According to the document published on the official website of the head of state, damaging, destroying, or moving monuments located within the reserve territory and the city of Shusha without coordination with the relevant authority is prohibited.

Additionally, conducting any construction, installation, restoration, reconstruction, conservation, or landscaping works that violate the integrity of these monuments or pose a threat to them is strictly forbidden.
