Azerbaijan sold gold for $167.6 million for past 5 months

July 1, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May 2026, Azerbaijan exported gold for $167.6 million (38.2% more versus the 2025 same term), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the June issue of the Export Review published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.

In May alone, Azerbaijan exported gold for $36.5 million (40.9% more than a year ago).

In the first 5 months of the year, Azerbaijan's non-oil/gas exports grew by 16.6% against Jan-May 2025, reaching $1.5 billion.
