June 24, Fineko/abc.az. A multifunctional assessment portal is being created in Azerbaijan in order to regulate assessment activities.

ABC.AZ reports that Nusret Ibrahimov, the chairman of the Chamber of Appraisers of Azerbaijan, made the above-said statement at a press conference.

According to Ibrahimov, the portal will combine the registration of works performed by appraisers, quality control, analytical analysis of the market, and automated assessment modules.

"The portal will be used to verify the compliance of assessment reports with international and national standards. The project also includes the creation of a large database (Big Data). No similar platform existed in Europe or the former Soviet Union."
