June 9, Fineko/abc.az. As part of the strengthening of radio monitoring capabilities in the territories liberated from occupation, another autonomous radio monitoring station with solar panels (autonomous RMS) has been installed and put into operation in Kelbajar.
ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport, the station, equipped with SDR (software defined radio), provides remote operational monitoring of radio broadcasts, as well as the radio frequency spectrum in the city of Kelbajar and its surroundings.
The system allows real-time monitoring of spectrum employment, video surveillance and remote control of equipment for efficient use of energy resources at any time of the day.
The State Radio Frequency Administration has so far provided for the construction of such autonomous radio monitoring stations in Shusha, Lachin, Zangilan, Aghdam and Kelbajar as part of the "I State Program for the Great Return".
