May 12, Fineko/abc.az. As of the end of March, 2026, the number of unique term deposit depositors in the banking sector of Azerbaijan reached 207,469 people.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA that the number of depositors on term deposits increased by 13,335 people (6.9%) compared with early 2026 and by 49,212 people (31.1%) compared against Jan-Mar 2025.

Thus, the number of unique depositors for term deposits in the banking sector at the beginning of this year reached 194,134 people and at the end of March 2025 - 158,257 people.
