Rate of active VAT-payers in Nakhchivan grew almost by 4%

May 7, Fineko/abc.az. As of May 1, 2026, the number of active taxpayers in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic increased by 1.6% compared to the beginning of the year and reached 22,708 people.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that for Jan-Apr 2026, the number of active VAT-payers in the country grew by 3.5% up to 644.

As of this date, the number of active business entities (facilities) totaled 7,334,000 (a rise of 20.4%).
