May 5, Fineko/abc.az. The director of Irşad Bank Olmayan Kredit Təşkilatı LLC has been replaced.

ABC.AZ reports that by the decision of the General Meeting of the Founders, Bashir Jabrayilov was appointed the new director. He replaced Zaur Migirov in this post. Migirov has worked as a director since the creation of the NBCO - since 2024.

Irşad LLC ended 2024 with net loss of 68,000 manats. This indicator shows a 37.7-fold increase in losses compared to 2023.

The NBCO was established in 2023 and has authorized capital of 1.25 million manats.
