April 27, Fineko/abc.az. Qala Həyat Sığorta OJSC has announced the financial results for the 1st quarter of this year.

ABC.AZ inforkms, referring to insurer’s report that its earnings amounted to 7.136 million manats.

Company’s expenses reached 4.642 million manats. Despite the fact that its income grew by 1.59 million manats (by 17.4%) compared with Q1 of 2025 and expenses increased more significantly - by 1.192 million manats (by 34.6%).

QHS’ financial profit decreased by 132,393 manats (by 5%). Compared with Q1 of 2025, it reached 2.494 million, and the income tax paid declined by 26,478 manats (by 5.1%) to 498,837 manats. As a result, company's net profit lowered by 105,914 manats, or 5%, to 1,995,000 manats.

As of the end of Q1 of 2026, the assets of QHS totaled 51.173 million manats (4.869 million manats, or 8.7% less than at the end of 2025).

At the same time, company's liabilities amounted to 23.509 million manats (761,000 manats, or  3.1% less than at the end of last year).

At the end of Q1 of 2026, insurer’s overall capital reached 27.664 million (a drop of 4.107 million manats, or by 12.9% against the end of 2025).
