April 21, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Mar 2026, the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy) registered 79,921 ownership rights to real estate.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Service, that the figure is 6.75% less versus Jan-Mar 2025.

Over Jan-Mar 2026, 14,256 registrations (17.8%) accounted for initial registration and 65,665 (82.2%) for repeat registration.

Ownership rights were registered for 17,029 individual residential and country houses, for 19,063 apartments, for 40,894 land plots, for 753 non-residential buildings, for 2,029 non-residential premises, for 125 property complexes and 28 multi-apartment residential buildings. Of the new property rights, 20,540 ones account for Baku and the rest for the districts.

Over Jan-Feb, 56,272 technical passports were issued and 13,548 mortgage agreements were registered.
