April 16, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of 2025, the value of agricultural exports from Azerbaijan to Russia exceeded $837 million.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy PM Shahin Mustafayev stated about this at the 24th meeting of the Azerbaijani-Russian Intergovernmental State Commission.

According to Mustafayev, of this amount, $696 million accounted for fruits and vegetables (31% more against the end of 2024).

"Agricultural products occupy an important place in the structure of mutual trade turnover. The Russian market remains the main direction of Azerbaijan's non-oil exports. At the same time, last year the cost of import of farm products from Russia exceeded $832 million," he added.

The Deputy PM recalled that in 2025, both states’ trade transactions totaled $4.9 billion and in the 1st quarter of this year - $750 million.
