March 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerenergy has signed contracts with Austrian company GUGLER Water Turbines GmbH for the supply of electromechanical equipment for three new small hydroelectric power plants.

ABC.AZ informs that the total cost of the projects exceeds 21.1 million manats. Francis-type hydro turbines will be designed, manufactured, delivered and installed under the contracts.

16,355,579 manats were allocated at Chardagly-1 and Chardagly-2 stations for the purchase and installation of equipment, and a contract for 4,746,480 manats was signed for Eliagaly MGPP for the supply of equipment and commissioning of the station.
