Gold quotes rose during Asian trading

March 11, Fineko/abc.az. At COMEX, a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold futures for April delivery are traded at $5,211.19 per troy ounce, up 0.59% at 09.50 (Baku time).

ABC.AZ reports that the session high was the dollar per troy ounce mark. At 09.50, gold found support at $5,021.20 and resistance at $5,248.31.

Futures on the USD index, which shows the ratio of the US dollar to a basket of six major currencies, fell by 0.04% and is traded at around $98.76.

As for other commodities traded at COMEX, silver futures for May delivery declined 1.24% to reach $88.48 per troy ounce, while copper futures for May delivery rose 0.21% to reach $5.93 per pound.
