February 20, Fineko/abc.az. Crocus Group will become the contractor for the construction of a hotel complex on Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway in the village of Barvikha, Odintsovo district. The contract with PPK "Single customer in the field of construction" was signed on February 12.

ABC.AZ informs that this follows from the data of the public procurement portal.

The area of the hotel will be 7,100 sq m. The total cost of the work is estimated at 2.66 billion rubles ($32.5 million). The construction is to be completed by December 2027.

The total portfolio of projects implemented by Crocus Group exceeds 6 million sq m, including the Crocus Expo exhibition center (1.04 million sq m) and the Vegas shopping center on Kashirskoye Highway (480,000 sq m), both in the Moscow region.
