February 20, Fineko/abc.az. According to IMF’s forecasts, the average price of oil exported by Azerbaijan in 2026 will be $66.7 per barrel.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the IMF that after a decrease to $64.9 in 2027, the price is projected to rise: $65.4 in 2028 and $66.4 in 2029.

In 2030, the average price of oil exports will reach $67.2 per barrel and in 2031 - $68.5.

Azeri Light is sold at a premium of $ 2-3 compared to Brent.

The State Budget of Azerbaijan for this year sets the oil price at $65.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan expects the average oil price to reach $64 per barrel in 2026, $65 per barrel in 2027, and the Ministry of Economy forecasts a price of $65 per barrel in 2026-2029.
