January’s apple exports by Azerbaijan totaled $8.19 million

February 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 10,914 tons of apples for $8.194 million in January 2026.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee that compared with January 2025, the figure is $1.336 million (19.5%) more in monetary terms and 209 tons (1.95%) more in volume.

Earnings from apple exports made up 0.4% of Azerbaijan's overall export income.

Last month, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for $3.538 billion (30.5% less against January 2025), including exports for $2.236 billion and imports for $1.302 billion (a drop of 26.4% on exports and by 36.5% on imports).
