February 6, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, Azerbaijan exported 229,000 tons of crude oil and petroleum products from bituminous rocks to Indonesia for $111.5 million.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Customs Committee, that compared with 2024, exports in monetary terms decreased by $67 million (37.5%) and in physical volume - by 81,800 tons (26.3%). In 2024, 310,800 tons of oil and petroleum products for $178.5 million were exported to Indonesia.

In 2025, Azerbaijan exported 23.4 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products from bituminous rocks to 21 countries for a total of $12.1 billion. Compared with 2024, the value of exports declined by $2.4 billion (16.2%), while the physical volume grew by 215,000 tons (0.9%).

Exports of these products in 2025 made up 48.28% of country's overall exports.
